Gold Guest Terms and Conditions

> Points are not retroactive and will not be awarded for prior stays.
> Taxes, paid outs and barters do not qualify for reward points. 
> Only members may earn reward points for their account. 
> Points will not be awarded for any bookings from any pre-paid third party sites.
> Points will not be awarded for any paid no-show or cancellation charges.
> We reserve the right to deduct any reward point credited to an account in error.
> Membership in the program is free and available to individuals residing in countries that legally permit their participation in the program.
> Members cannot have more than one program membership. Program memberships are individual and can only be used by the member whose name is listed on the account or by a significant other or spouse sharing the same address. Reward points may be transferred between two specifically designated accounts sharing the same residential mailing address. Reward points eligible for reward redemption will only be received on charges for the rooms where immediate family sharing the same physical residential address, and where the member pays for all charges upon check-out, up to a maximum of three rooms.
> The Iroquois reserves the right to terminate an account for inactivity that spans 12 consecutive calendar months or more.  All points in the account will be forfeited at that time.
> Fraud or abuse concerning the program is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including forfeiture of accumulated reward points, the termination of benefits and privileges, and revocation of membership.
> Program benefits and rewards may be subject to income or other taxes.
> The sale of any program benefit or reward (other than by The Iroquois) is prohibited.
> The Iroquois may from time to time send members certain program information that may include marketing materials. Members will be given the opportunity to cancel   receiving these materials.
> The Iroquois is not responsible for, and reserves the right to correct, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, or errors regarding participating properties and partners.
> The Iroquois can change the program rules, processes, regulations, rewards, and special offers at any time without prior notice.  The Iroquois also reserves the right to terminate the program with six months advance notice to all active members.
> All interpretations of these membership rules, terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of The Iroquois New York
