It is always difficult bidding adieu to a leader, especially when they are both mentor and friend to you as well. It is with a vision towards the future that I take a giant step into the esteemed position of General Manager of The Iroquois New York. Chasing Waterfalls
In Summer 2008, artist Olafur Eliasson will present The New York City Waterfalls, a temporary, monumental public art project in the New York harbor. Commissioned by Public Art Fund and presented in collaboration with the City of New York, this work of art will insert nature into the urban cityscape. Though we have rewarded our frequent guests with preferred amenities and upgrades in the past, we have created the Gold Club to give you the chance to earn points for exclusive Iroquois merchandise, upgrades, services and complimentary guest rooms.
The Gold Guest Program Overview
- During enrollment to the program, the guest is able to pick preferred amenities and can change at any time during enrollment
- Gold Guest members earn one point for every dollar spent (excluding taxes)
- Gold Guests receive 10% off lowest published rate for all rooms, suites, and travel packages, on weekdays or weekends with no blackout dates (excluding third party, commissionable or negotiated contractual rates) with no blackout dates
- Private reservation line, online access to reservations, and email address exclusively for "Gold Guests"
- Guests can choose express checkout and will be sent bill based on their preference, email, fax or mailed.
- Members are greeted with a welcome amenity during their stay.
- Members will receive from time to time email newsletter that includes account information, links, and special news. Members can cancel these messages at any time.
- The Iroquois will send members exclusive offers via email, including introductory announcements and promotional offers. Members can cancel these messages at any time.
